Business Spotlight - Deon Generette/DDG

Our wonderful host is returning for our latest show.....

Deon Generette is a 2006 graduate of USC where he earned his MBA in Human Resources and Small Business Mgmt in 2012. He is an Iraqi War Veteran. He has been seen in various plays, has done work in various movies (Confessions of a Good Man, Yesterday Is Still Gone, Black Panther, Come Sunday, Star, Pitch Perfect 3, etc) and was also a guest on season 6 of Mary Mary. He is a co-host on 95.3’s Millineal FM show entitled “Naked.” He also the member of an acting/singing/dancing male group called “SavaGents!” Deon is an actor, event host, mentor, and motivational speaker. But his most important role is that of father to his three sons, DJ, Nic and Owen. Because he wants to teach his boys and others some of the mistakes he has made in his life, he founded the non-profit organization, Dapper and Distinguished Gentlemen. DDG focuses on young men, elementary level through college age.

Mr. Generette targets young men from foster homes, rural areas and/or fatherless homes, to give them valuable life lessons while also showing them how to be upstanding gentlemen in their communities.
